Research Interests
My research interests include computational methods in molecular epidemiology and systems biology—such as genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics—for the advancement of surveillance, prevention, and equitable point-of-care diagnostic options for tuberculosis and neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), including leprosy. .
